Currently recruiting for a part time HR & Office Coordinator to work for a fantastic start up company located in North Cambridge. This role is a permanent position, which requires someone who is available to work 25 hours per week.

The Job Opportunity
The roles primary responsibility will be to support the business with all Office and HR administration. This is an exciting and varied role where you will get involved in a wide range of work such as processing payroll and on boarding new employees. You will work closely with the Operations Director and other members of the business to deliver proactive and forward thinking office and HR support.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage the on-boarding administration including preparing contracts, offer letters, references and induction programmes
• Manage the off boarding administration including acknowledging resignation, processing leaver paperwork and payments
• Prepare and check payroll each month to ensure that any changes are being processed correctly
• Send changes to our pension provider each month ensuring that our provider are aware of starters, leavers and changes
• Keep the HR system, Bob, up to date and answer queries from employees
• Assist with share paperwork administration
• Book and log any training sessions that employees attend
• Log and circulate CVs to hiring managers and support with any administration related to recruitment
• Assist with the smooth running of the offices, including management of room bookings
• Work closely with the company Team coordinator to coordinate meetings and events
• Order food and drinks for event when appropriate
• Liaise with the facilities and maintenance teams for each office
• Assist with other ad hoc office and HR coordinator task as and when required
