There is an opportunity for an part time AAT Qualified Assistant Accountant in Colchester to work with an established organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The role is to predominately support the busy finance and admin department and is available to candidates on a part time basis working between 16-22 hours a week.

Key duties:
Be responsible for the co-ordination of weekly supplier payments, cash book entries on both sales and purchase ledgers.
Support in the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
Monthly payroll for staff of 50 hourly paid and salaried
Other ad hoc duties maybe asked also

The successful candidate will need to have a good working knowledge of Management Accounts, possess good communication skills and can maintain good working relationships.
