-Maintain and support HR software a background in using HR packages would be desirable.
-Able to manage HR queries within the team.
-Supporting the company by taking confidential and general meetings.
-Assisting with compliance and audit processes.
-Undertake day-to-day HR tasks and work with the systems team to provide necessary HR support / training as required.
The successful candidate will have:
-Minimum requirement of CIPD Level 5.
-Strong written, oral and electronic communication.
-Organised, structured and good time management.
-IT skills with basic office packages.
-Previous experience working in a HR/Administrative/Management role.
-Good academic track record including a degree in a relevant subject.
The successful candidate will be based in Woodbridge but may be expected to very occasionally visit another site in the UK
