Calendar management for both Partners
Answering telephone and dealing with enquiries appropriately, passing on messages accurately
Assisting clients and other parties with their enquiries.
Proactively manages emails on behalf of both Partners, ensuring high priority emails in terms of urgency and importance are flagged with them.
Typing up and compiling various reports to send out to clients
Digital audio and copy typing to include terms of engagement, reports, letters, memos, minutes, agendas etc
Dealing with post and correspondence, taking copies as required
Raising fee invoices for both Partners and the Agribusiness team as a whole
Carrying out any other duties as may be reasonably required
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Audio typing - 50 words per minute
Excellent MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Articulate with exceptional administrative skills
Strong at building relationships, both with cpolleagues and clients
