Salary£25-30k pro-rata

Working from home 15-20 hours a week - Monday to Friday

My client is looking for a pro-active, professional, organised PA who can recognise problems, react and resolve. They are a results driven business and they are looking for a like minded individual who can challenge themselves and help to ensure the business is always moving forward.

Duties will include;

·Day to day diary management for team of 5 inc MD and Owner
·Email management for team
·Daily catch ups with team
·Managing LinkedIn
·Responding to priorities for the day
·Meeting arrangements
·Managing current projects
·Managing events inc new brand launch
·Reformatting documents
·Assisting with documentation for rebrand
·All admin/clerical duties
·Using Xero to raise invoices
·Google Docs to format documents
·Proof reading
  • Basic bookkeeping/invoicing
