Pure are delighted to be recruiting for a PA for a fantastic organisation based in Ipswich town centre. Within this position, the successful candidate will be supporting a busy management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for employee queries being directed to the Management team
  • Management of diaries and emails, responding and booking meetings
  • Book travel and accommodation for employees
  • Manage and process expenses
  • Prepare meeting rooms, distribute agendas and take minutes of meetings
  • Oversee the ordering of stationery and office equipment
  • Prepare letters and documentation

Key skills
  • Previous PA experience is essential
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment to deadlines that can change at last minute
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Travel to London will be required with this position
