An Operations & HR Administrator is required to work for fantastic company which is linked to Cambridge University, this is a full time permanent position.

Skills required

Operation Support
• Staff travel- Booking flights, accommodation, transfers, visas via company travel agent
• Projects: Cross company project support as required, including supporting the Operations Support Manager with consultancy project support, GDPR and compliance
• CRM maintenance as required, maintaining data and awareness of data protection issues
• Office management-
oPurchasing of IT equipment and establishing and maintaining an asset register
oManagement of couriers and mobile phones
oFacilities support related to desk allocation, refurbishment and redecoration

HR Administration
• Working with the administration team on staff arrivals, renewals and departures
• Staff holiday and sickness tracking
• Administration of the recruitment cycle
• Support the COO on contract renewal for staff and associates
• Support existing benefit programmes such as healthcare and discount, childcare voucher and cycle to work schemes
• Support for new HR Projects on employee wellbeing and recognition, staff induction, remembering birthdays, and ordering cards, planning socials and away days.
