Salary£21000 per annum
I'm recruiting on behalf of a fantastic business based on Newmarket Road, Cambridge. My client is looking for proactive, self motivated candidate who will be responsible for the front of house duties and office co-ordination.

Key responsibilities:

● Carry out front-of-house duties, operating the switchboard and welcoming visitors.
● Distribute and manage post, both incoming and outgoing through Royal Mail and other
● Work with colleagues across the organisation to improve the overall level of awareness of health and
safety issues
● Lead induction process for new arrivals, seeking guidance from the HR co-ordinator
where appropriate
● Maintain sickness approval and record keeping
● Maintain other HR records and processes, as advised by the HR co-ordinator
● Support finance team with chasing client and advertiser payments
● Keep kitchen, reception area, breakout area and meeting rooms stocked with provisions
where appropriate, and ensure that magazine racks and award displays are up to date
● Purchase kitchen, bathroom and other supplies, keeping to budget
● Manage stationery supplies and replenish as required, keeping to budget
● Responsible for general facilities management, for example cleaning, utilities, repairs /
● Maintain office petty cash tins

● Strong administration skills
● Great interpersonal and communications skills
● Good team working skills
● The ability to work to deadlines
● Flexible and able to prioritise effectively
● An aptitude for IT some knowledge of software packages: Excel, Word
● A high level of confidentiality
● The flexibility and willingness to learn
