I have an amazing opportunity to work for a Marketing Manager to work for a leading Spa and Hotel, with ambitious growth plans. As the Marketing Manager, you will need to have digital flair, recognising the importance of Digital Campaigns as part of your Marketing activities.
In this role you will be managing a team of two marketing executives and working with a Digital Marketing Agency on a daily basis. You will need to be comfortable with developing marketing plans and strategies, whilst, being adaptable at refocusing campaigns when required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management and growth of the customer data and the targeted use of the database
- Contribute to the creative process from creative brief to delivery for all communications, collateral and web sites (both internal and external) and the creation of copy to support this.
- To manage and co-ordinate the marketing plan to ensure that all communications are targeted to the right audience and delivered on time. Ensure all activity fits into the overall group plans to avoid conflicting messages to shared audiences.
