I am currently recruiting a Marketing and Sales Executive to join a growing E-Commerce SME. This contract is to support the Client Manager during their busy events season, you will need to be comfortable getting involved at levels, from managing bookings through to setting up processes to support lead generation, while producing necessary marketing collateral.

Profile;

Sales Support; Provide brand guardianship of materials for submission or presentation to prospective clients to ensure consistency and invest in the perception.
  • Proposals (brief creative from strategic understanding, formulate document structure and ensure appropriate tone of voice used throughout)
  • Pitches (create Powerpoint slide decks relevant to the specific pitch)
  • Management of lead generation (agency)
  • Case Study preparation

Data; Business success is largely built upon the foundation of solid data to facilitate client communication and accurate prospecting.
  • Managing external lead generation agency CSQ, monitoring progress, providing information and assets.
  • Managing Workbooks CRM, and current program of cleansing with internal personnel.

Awards, Communications & PR; Communications are fundamental to healthy client relationships and influencing the market - need to be seen to be current and leading.
  • Prepare awards submissions, be present at awards events, handle resulting PR.
  • Communications and PR, client and corporate good news distribution internally and externally (newsletters, email comms, case studies) using tools such as Mailchimp.

Events; Organisation, administration and attendance at key events establishing authority in the market and positioning as thought leaders as well as providing opportunity to establish/grow relationship and connection with prospects and clients with repeat business. Preparing presentations for delivery at events.

Social Media; Social media output provides us with a free communications channel for consistent broadcast raising brand awareness, demonstrating creativity and personality, and reaching an organic audience beyond our own network.
  • Creation, curation and scheduling of posts for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn

Websites; Ensuring our own online presence is current and provides a good user experience is an important first-line' for prospects visiting for validation.
  • Management of content and maintenance of webpage and ecommerce.net.
