We are delighted to be working alongside a legal firm on the outskirts of Ipswich to recruit a Legal PA. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful and reputable team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for any phone calls, handle any new enquiries or take accurate messages
  • Diary management - booking meetings and appointments
  • Producing legal documents, letters and contracts
  • Opening and Closing client files
  • Creating court bundles ensuring all required documents are included
  • Audio and copy typing experience with the ability to proof read documents
  • Updating databases and producing marketing materials

Key Skills
  • Experience within a Secretary / PA position is desirable
  • Excellent copy/ audio typing experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis
  • IT proficient with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Accurate and good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport
