A Learning and Development trainer is required to work for a well-known nutritional supplements company located in St Neots. This is a full time permanent role.

Job Purpose
This interesting and varied role would particularly suit someone who is in the early to middle stages of their L&D Career and would relish the opportunity to use their established training skills on a range of topics.

Job Responsibilities
• Work with the L7D team to identify learning and development needs across the business
• Deliver training to colleague across the business on a variety of topics from induction to soft skills to eLearning
• Work collaboratively across the business and in partnership with L&D colleagues to design and update training materials and procedures in alignment with business requirements
• As needed, liaise with external suppliers to ensure high quality L+D offering and learner experience
• Manage key activity and relationships in assigned areas of responsibility including coaching, development, planning, review meetings and learning interventions
• Assist management teams in implementing a full L&D cycle across all areas of the business
• Support administration associated with L&D and become a subject matter expert on internal L&D offering
• Ensure your own continual professional development is relevant and in place
• Understand and adhere to all the company's health and safety procedures

Skills required
• Strong knowledge of learning and development process
• Able to communicate appropriately with both internal and external customers to maximise engagement
• Enjoy working collaboratively and proactively
• Previous design and delivery experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Effective communication skills both written and oral
• MS Office including word, excel, powerpoint
