Your role is responsible for the creation and delivery of bespoke and effective training programmes. The role is the L&D Lead is to assist the company's achievement of its business strategies, goals and objectives by coaching and developing it's people.
The ideal person will be degree educated in a scientific or engineering discipline with a recognised L&D qualification gained in a complex business environment.
You will be a trained coach with experience of developing a coaching culture
Proven track record in delivering L&D across multiple functions ideally gained in a manufacturing environment
Previous experience of managing a L&D team
The role will require travel across 2 sites both based in Hertfordshire.
