I'm currently partnered with a prestigious solutions provider based in Cambridge who specialise in CRM and ERP solutions into large Public Sector bodies. They are looking to grow their team with an IT Support Technician, to support customers with their products. You will be in important member of the service desk team and required to provide an excellent level of service to customers.

Responsibilities:

Keeping on top of incidents and service requests, keeping the Service Cloud system up-to-date
Working well with the team to support the needs of customers and maintain a high level of service
Taking control of own work and making sure it is completed in a timely fashion
Support business systems and procedures
Escalating issues as appropriate, prioritising and keeping your manager in the loop
Helping customers using telephone, email and the ticketing system
Creating weekly and monthly reports
Deal with compliants appropriately, providing alternative solutions
Occasional travel offsite to client offices to assist with support

Skills required:

Previous customer service experience and confident dealing with customers
A great communicator
A good problem solver
Good time management skills
Able to work well in a team and build relationships
Able to cope well under pressure
