I am currently working with a MSP based just north of Norwich, on the recruitment of an IT Support Analyst. The business is looking for a driven individual who can help contribute to building the business and provide excellent customer service to a diverse customer base.
You will have a background in providing 2nd & 3rd line support to windows environments, and have an inquisitive mind set to troubleshot problems and work through to resolution. This isn't your usual IT support role, you will be given the responsibility and time to resolve issues, without the pressure and stress of strict timelines.
• Experience supporting Windows environments e.g. AD, MS Server and Exchange
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to troubleshoot problems
• Basic networking skills
