We have partnered with a dynamic MS-partnered IT support business based North of Cambridge. They are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their knowledgeable team on a permanent basis. They are looking to grow their team due to high demand and continued development of the business. If you are someone who loves to learn and develop your skills, and wants to gain as much exposure as possible then this is the ideal role for you.

Day-to-day Duties:

Working as part of the helpdesk team where you will work with clients to resolve their business teams. This may be remote or on-site support.
Supporting Windows systems including Active Directory, Office 365 etc.
Using TeamViewer to provide remote support to clients
Conducting 1st line network support
Keeping on top of incoming requests/tickets, being organised and managing own time efficiently.

What experience do you need?

Experience working in a 1st line helpdesk environment
Full UK driving license and access to own car
Experience supporting Windows systems including Active Directory and Office 365.
Confident in a customer service environment
Keen to learn and progress within the company
Previous network experience is desirable
