Working as part of the helpdesk team where you will work with clients to resolve their business teams. This may be remote or on-site support.
Supporting Windows systems including Active Directory, Office 365 etc.
Using TeamViewer to provide remote support to clients
Conducting 1st line network support
Keeping on top of incoming requests/tickets, being organised and managing own time efficiently.
What experience do you need?
Experience working in a 1st line helpdesk environment
Full UK driving license and access to own car
Experience supporting Windows systems including Active Directory and Office 365.
Confident in a customer service environment
Keen to learn and progress within the company
Previous network experience is desirable
