We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Graduate to join a leading business offering first class training! They are passionate about putting their employees through professional qualifications and are keen to drive career progression. You will be providing mostly 1st, and some 2nd line support to internal employees across the wider business for desktops and laptops in production in a Helpdesk environment.
The successful candidate will have:
-Excellent communication skills and a polite, professional telephone manner.
-A good IT Degree (2:1 or higher)
-An interest in further study and self development
-Knowledge of Windows Server (2003, 2008), Active Directory, Exchange 2013, Windows 7/8.
-Knowledge of Unix/Linux is preferential but not essential.
-Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Firewalls and VPN's.
-Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
