What is the job?
Directly supporting the Head of IT you will be responsible for ensuring the service desk standards are maintained in line with the wider business objectives whilst remaining constantly focused on continuous improvement methods to ensure a best in class service is maintained. The team is already performing to a high standard and this position is focused on pushing this further to become a true best in class service.
What skills do you need?
• Experience working to ITIL standards (essential)
• Good all round IT knowledge (essential)
• Experience of providing reports to Senior management (essential)
• Management skills and experience of all related areas such as appraisals, disciplinaries and reviews (essential)
This position is well suited to those familiar with ITIL best practice and have experience within business/process improvement.
