We are delighted to be working alongside a leading transport operator to recruit a Resourcing Advisor to join their HR team. This role will report into the HR Manager and will involve working with Line Managers to support their recruitment needs. Key Responsibilities 
  • Work alongside Managers to understand their team structure and job vacancies 
  • Provide advice on resourcing strategies and what will work to find suitable candidates 
  • Advertise roles, pre screen CV's and organise interviews. Provide feedback to candidates following interviews
  • Keep up to date with national initiatives to aid recruitment such as liaising with education and training providers and finding out about government initiatives 
  • Lead on the use of recruitment software, assist colleagues with operations and be the key contact with the provider 
  • Work with HR colleagues to on-board new starters and analyse employee data particularly retention  

Key Skills 
  • Proven experience within a end to end recruitment role 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to travel to all offices 
  • Recruitment experience within transport and logistics is desirable but not essential
