Salary£35000 - £44000 per annum
Pure are working with a well-established not for profit to find a new Internal Communication Manager to join their team. This national business is in need someone with a proven track record in internal communications and managing projects based around OD and Change within the work place. As there are multiple offices, some travel may be required.

The main responsibilities include:

• Creating a range of engagement and communication tools
• Working closely with senior leaders and managers to help advise and share expertise with other departments
• Guarantee that all of the organisation's initiatives and projects are communicated effectively and clearly
• Working with the development team to focus on employee engagement and feedback
• Planning, editing, and directing content for a variety of internal communication mediums
• Coaching leadership teams on effective use of engagement and communication tools

The ideal candidate for this role:

• Proven experience in a large organisation with internal communications management and public relations
• A degree or equivalent in Journalism, Communications, PR or Marketing
• Attention to detail
• High aptitude with digital skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both within the business and externally
• Collaborative team player
• Creative, enthusiastic and self-motivated
