Salary£30,000 - £35,000
A newly created role has arisen working for a supportive and caring organisation based in central Essex. The role is being recruited on a six month fixed term contract, to work closely with the senior leadership team in the transition and integration of a new organisational structure across the organisation and to support employees with the change.

The role requires a seasoned HR professional who has a strong generalist background and a soft delivery style.

The key deliverable for this role will include;

• Reviewing and enhancing employee engagement
• Internal Communication
• Management of recruitment campaign for 4 key roles within the organisation
• HR Advisory work supporting employees with the change
• Working with the MD on other HR projects as required

If you are someone who is an experienced HR professional, with a strong generalist background, who enjoys variety and working on project orientated tasks then this could be a great role for you working with an excellent senior leadership team.
