You will report to the Head of HR, managing your own work load in this autonomous role supporting the creation of HR policies and leading on the strategic side of employee relations, advising managers and working with the Union.
As a HR professional, you will have excellent writing skills, be able to communicate with all levels within the business, previous experience of working with trade unions and strong data manipulation skills.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and educated to degree level with experience of working in a similar back office HR / ER / Policy role.
