The key priorities for this role will include:
Prospecting, designing and delivering HR strategic projects which will directly contribute to the business objectives.
Proactively engaging the organisation and partner with kay stakeholders to ensure the initiatives a co-created within the business
Acting as a sounding board to leaders across the business
Drive the cultural revolution of the business by the conversations and tangible work your deliver.
You will comfortable collaborating and influencing stakeholders at all levels whilst being a dynamic and passionate change agent drawing on change management and leadership skills.
Being naturally curious and emotionally intelligent, you will deliver great outcomes which deliver behaviour and culture change.
Experience of design and delivery of organisation development initiatives are a key ingredients for this role.
