You will have extensive HR generalist knowledge as well as in depth payroll management experience in a fast moving dynamic environment, and a proven track record in leading, coaching and developing direct reports.
Duties to include:
• Develop and deliver the Global HR Operating model
• Manage HR Administration & Analytics function
• Develop and maintain the HR team
• Develop culture and practices
• Take responsibility for all group governance issues such as data security, compliance, reporting, and Group/regional HR policies
• Work with the Head of Engagement and Effectiveness to identify and deliver the most effective KPI's to measure service delivery performance of the function
The successful candidate will have the following background:
• Deep technical knowledge of HR Delivery
• A track record of continuous professional and management development to personal skillset.
• Experience in working within developing HR Service delivery functions
