This is a varied and high profile HR generalist position with primary responsibility for running the HR function in the business with a headcount of 130 - 150 employees.
The business has grown year on year and is looking to bring in an experienced HR professional who has knowledge of running a busy HR function, and can bring their previous experiences to shape the culture of the business, but also update and review all policies and processes.
This is a true generalist position covering areas such as:
- Pay and reward
- Recruitment and succession planning
- Employee relations
- Organisational development
- Instilling a coaching culture within the business
You will be alongside the senior management team, who will support with any transformation projects within the business.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in dealing with senior managers and a diverse workforce, have strong communication skills and be confident in directing and advising employees in all aspects of management and development.
