Reporting to the MD, the HR Manager will be responsible for the ongoing development of an HR function as well as working closely with the leadership team to support the vision and direction of the organisation.
The role is a true generalist remit and will develop employee relations plans, policies and practices to cover the full range of HR functions, regularly updating and/or identifying new policies and practices to ensure they support the business strategy, pay and reward, recruitment and training.
To be considered for this role, applicants will be CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified, demonstrate exceptional knowledge of employment law and experience of putting this into practical application in a busy and changing environment. You will be well versed in providing effective and practical advice to senior managers on the full range of the HR agenda and playing an active part in contributing to the delivery of strategic plans.
