Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing all operational Employee Relation issues, including; Absence Management, Disciplinaries & Grievances.
- Policy development
- Recruitment & Talent Attraction.
- Training & Development - including Performance Improvement
- Pay Reviews
- Health & Safety
CIPD qualified, you will be an experienced HR Manager who thrives in fast paced environment. You will have a proven track record of leading teams, coupled with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally as required. However, this role will be spent dealing with operational matters and as such you must be able to demonstrate a proven experience in leading key operational HR agendas. You will be passionate about people and exceptional customer service and come with a desire to add value and make a difference.
Experience of working within a manufacturing/ engineering environment would be a distinct advantage.
