Reporting to the Director, you will co lead the HR strategic and operational activities, working closely with the existing HR team.
Experience of managing and coaching a small HR team is essential for this role as well as a strong track record in developing and implementing learning and development initiatives within a commercial business.
Providing sound advice to your managers and employees on employee relations issues is key as well as developing the wider employee engagement strategy.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD level 5 qualified or higher, have substantial experience of operating at HR Manager level with a breadth of experience in casework, performance review / appraisal, pay and reward, employee engagement and learning and development.
The role is being offered on a 30 or 37.5 bours per week with a degree of flexibility.
