Salary£40000 - £50000 per annum

We are proud to be recruiting a HR Manager for a leading not for profit organisation based in north Cambridgeshire.

Reporting to a Head of HR, you will be responsible for the operational HR and payroll delivery for the organisation including overseeing the HR team and being an expert on ER matters, providing sound technical advice to line managers. You will line manager your own HR team holding regular review meetings, giving advice on case work and ER matters and deliver training as appropriate.

Key priorities

Managing HR projects employee engagement surveys and reports
Reporting and analytics for the senior leadership team
Employee relations managing all case work
Implementation of a HR and payroll system
Advice and guidance on all HR matters

The ideal person will have

Able to foster good relationships within the organisation and with third parties
Be collaborative and pragmatic in their approach
Forward thinking and innovative in terms of their approach
Numerate and analytical
