This organisation really cares about protecting the environment, you will play a pivotal HR role in developing your managers who will in turn develop their employees.
As the HR Relationship Manager for your region, reporting to the Regional Director, you will collaborate with your business leaders of a very fast-paced business, where commerciality is key.
Based at their Cambridge office, you will cover your local region and offices, therefore the ability to travel is key for this role. In return, you will receive a company car or car allowance to value of £500 per month.
It is an exciting time to join the business, embedding the HR strategy, working with senior stakeholders across the business to drive growth and change through strategic planning and delivery of HR solutions. You will provide strategic support to the business on HR activities such as employee engagement, succession planning, talent mapping and workforce planning ensuring sustainability of our people resources.
You will bring your expertise to his organisation by being CIPD qualified or working towards your qualification, have experience in HR project management and the ability to juggle many projects simultaneously. As well as being an expert in employment law, talent and succession planning, you will ideally have worked for a large business, maybe an industrial or manufacturing industry. As a true HR Business Partner, this could be a great opportunity for you to develop your business acumen in a highly commercial business environment.
