Reporting to the Head of HR, you will form part of a progressive and forward thinking HR team.
This role is pivotal in providing an employee focused and professional HR service which supports and enables the organisation to achieve it's operational and strategic goals.
You will work directly with the business and provide comprehensive advice and guidance on all HR practices, processes covering reward, employee relations, resourcing and L&D.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing one HR person, reward including payroll preparation, managing case work, providing advice on disciplinary and performance management processes and HR reporting and metrics.
