You will be a true HR Business Partner in your attitude and approach, who has a bias towards tactical HR and value added projects.
The role will require you to take the lead on training and development, recruitment, employee engagement and HR projects.
Ideally the candidate will be CIPD qualified and will have experience of food manufacturing/produce, although this is not essential for this role.
You will be able to work at pace and be forward thinking in your approach with bags of resilience.
