Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Manager will have responsibility for delivering a comprehensive and effective HR service to all staff and managers. The role is a true generalist remit and will develop HR Policies and Procedures; Recruitment & Induction, Employee Relations, Performance Management as well as working closely with the management team to support the vision and direction of the Group.
The HR Manager will play an influential role in the review, promotion and embedding of the vision and values; always behaving in a manner consistent and acting as a role model to employees. The role will ensure all employment documentation is issued consistently to a high quality and in a timely manner as well as provide management, coaching and advice to the HR and Payroll Team, ensuring that all output from the Team is of a consistently high quality.
To be considered for this role, applicants will be CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified, demonstrate exceptional knowledge of employment law. You will be well versed in providing effective and practical advice to senior managers on the full range of the HR agenda as well as the ability to carry out thorough investigations and present findings in a high-quality format. A successful team manager, you will be used to leading and motivating an operational HR and Payroll team within a fast paced commercial environment.
