Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, this is an exceptional position to provide strategic leadership, supporting employees and developing the organisation's culture. You will be able to make a real impact, use your professional skills to contribute to the development of the HR function.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be a proven HR professional, fully qualified member of the CIPD and with board level experience. You will be confident when it comes to partnering with the exec team, implementing change and standardising policies and procedures. Experience of working within an Educational environment would be highly advantageous.
