Salary£50000 - £56000 per annum
We are recruiting for an HR Director to join the senior management team of a large charity-based organisation in Norwich. The HR Director role has recently been created by this organisation to help lead the HR provision by providing comprehensive generalist HR support across the organisation on a 12 month contract.

Key duties and responsibilities include:
• Shaping and developing the HR function to support the organisation's business strategy
• Managing all operational HR tasks including employee relations, training & development and recruitment
• Organisational development
• Strategic management and leadership of people and finance
• Being responsible of pay and benefits and ensuring equality and diversity is managed throughout the organisation

We are looking for someone who has already achieved significant results by leading an HR function and developing strategy in line with business objectives. The role requires fresh thinking and a hands-on attitude. The successful candidate will be MCIPD qualified and have significant experience in creating frameworks and processes to drive measurable impact.
