Reporting to the Head of HR, this role works in partnership with heads of department and managers to deliver a vision for change through the business's transformation programme.
This is a varied role where you will be required to facilitate change management through full consultation and engagement, embed new ways of working, as well as managing complex employee relations case work. This will involve supporting managers in cases such as absence & performance management, disciplinaries & grievances, while providing advice and guidance on process and employment law.
The HR Business Partner will also be involved in the development and implementation of HR strategies, workforce development plans, policies and procedures and service plans while ensuring the business is compliant with changes in legislation and best practice and that these are communicated to the business.
As a proactive and knowledgeable HR professional, you will possess a firm understanding of employment legislation along with excellent analytical problem solving skills. You should hold full graduate CIPD status and have experience of delivering change management programmes and managing employee relations casework. In addition you will also need to possess effective communication skills, be persuasive and able to influence others, along with the ability to think creatively to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
Under current COVID guidelines, the role will be blended working with at least 2 days based in the office.
