I am proud to be recruiting a HR Business Partner role for a leading FTSE 100 business based in south Cambridgeshire. This is a great opportunity to join a global, matrix business who are going through a period of transformation.
You will report to a lead HR Business Partner and be responsible for plans and organisational structures in order to achieve strategic business objectives, including capacity building, supporting talent management planning, engagement and employee relations.
Remit of the role:
Responsible for advising on best practice HR initiatives and policies that support organisational goals both in the UK and Europe
Act as a coach and advisor to junior line managers, supporting them to implement people plans
Managing employee relations cases
Ensuring robust succession plans are in place at a departmental level
Promote fairness and diversity in the organisation
Advise on reward and remuneration issues
Provide advice on performance related isssues and performance improvement
The ideal candidate will be degree educated and CIPD qualified with experience of working in a complex matrix organisation with a track record of implementing HR projects.
