With previous knowledge of working with an HR role and holding the CIPD Level 3 qualification, the HR Assistant will work closely with the HRBP to ensure managers are supported with day to day people related activities and queries. This will include supporting with case management, recruitment, selection & induction, absence management, employee relations, regulatory compliance, KPI reporting and training and development.
The role requires exceptional attention to detail, focus and accuracy ensuring all employee records are up to date.
