We have a newly created role for an HR Assistant to join one of our clients as they continue with an exciting period of growth. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Assistant will act as the first point of contact for all HR related queries as part of the employee lifecycle.

With previous knowledge of working with an HR role and holding the CIPD Level 3 qualification, the HR Assistant will work closely with the HRBP to ensure managers are supported with day to day people related activities and queries. This will include supporting with case management, recruitment, selection & induction, absence management, employee relations, regulatory compliance, KPI reporting and training and development.
The role requires exceptional attention to detail, focus and accuracy ensuring all employee records are up to date.
