The role will report to the Head of HR and take responsibility for the front line HR service for the business.
This role is a true generalist remit, and will support managers in all areas of Employee relations including case management as well as supporting in the coordination of case documentation, letters and being part of employee meetings. Working as part of the wider HR team, you will contribute to and drive HR objectives in your day to day activity and ensure a comprehensive HR service is delivered to the business.
Applicants will be CIPD Level 5 qualified with previous experience in working across all areas of employee relations, recruitment and training & development. You will be able to operate within a fast paced environment, be confident in communicating effectively with all levels of staff and management, have strong interpersonal and influencing skills and be confident in your decision making.
Under current COVID-19 guidelines, this role will be blended working of office and home based.
