We are delighted to be supporting a leading professional services business in the appointment of an HR Advisor to their team. Working closely with the HR Director, the HR Advisor will assist in the smooth running of the HR department along with the development, implementation and monitoring of HR processes. Developing relationships with managers and staff at all levels, the role will provide support and guidance on a range of HR matters and share best practice throughout the organisation.
The role will work across an HR generalist remit including employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, training and development as well as the management of the HR database to provide key HR metrics and reporting.
To be considered for this role, you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified with previous experience of working in a generalist HR role, demonstrating knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application.
Working across a number of locations in the East Anglian region, you will have the ability to build strong business relationships at all levels and be solutions focused. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong administrative skills, and experience with IT for management of HR database.
