Based in Great Yarmouth, the role will report to the HR Manager and work as part of a busy HR team. The role is a true generalist remit, supporting managers in all aspects of Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, policy development, pay and remuneration, training and equality & diversity.
Applicants will be CIPD Level 5 qualified, with demonstrable HR generalist experience gained within an operational role coupled with a strong knowledge of UK Employment Law. You will be a confident communicator, able to operate across all levels of the business. An ability to manage multiple task to deadlines is paramount as this is a busy and varied role.
