HR Advisor / ManagerReference: J52449
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading on all HR matters including: recruitment, managing the HR records, benefits, reward and recognition, policies and procedures and organisational development.
As well as managing the day to day HR, you will lead on a number of HR projects in partnership with the CEO.
You will be highly organised, self motivated and an experienced HR Generalist with good working knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
Experienced in developing relationships and managing excellent relationships to establish trust, you will be CIPD part or fully qualified.
As well as being an enthusiastic, self starter you will be passionate about creating creative HR initiatives to develop the culture of the organisation including the well-being of the employees.
The role is being offered on 4 or 5 days a week, the salary will be pro-rat'd accordingly.
Parking is limited however very accessible by public transport.
