Salary£30,000 - £35,000
An exciting and varied new role of HR Advisor has arisen working for a large commercial
organisation at their offices in Braintree. The role will work as part of a small tight knit
HR team and report into a great HR Director.

This will be a busy generalist role and the main duties and responsibilities will include;

• All aspects of employee relations, dealing with queries, performance management, capability, disciplinary actions etc
• Coaching the line management population to upskill them in ER & performance
• Involvement in numerous key HR projects
• Preparation of monthly payroll for outsourced provider
• Management and ownership of processes within the HRIS
• Partnering with the Supervisor & Management population
• Mentoring the HR Coordinator

Key skills, experience and qualifications required;

• Proven experience working in an Advisor role within a commercial organisation
• Strong current knowledge of UK employment law
• A sound understanding and enjoyment from working with HR Systems
• An analytical and inquisitive nature
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent would be an advantage
