An HR /Internal Communications Advisor is required to work for a fantastic aviation company located in Fulbourn. The role will be an 18 month contract position with a salary paying up to £30,000PA.

Job Purpose
This is split both of equal value of 50% each. One role is to provide comprehensive HR service to manager and employees, the second is to provide internal communication support to the group.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
• Manage all aspects of recruitment, from vacancy through to probation. Including drafting of contracts and inducting new employees
• Manage relationships with employment agencies, ensuring the terms and conditions agreed are documented an in accordance with company budget and protocols

Performance management
• Manage the annual performance review process from initial communications to completion, including providing guidance and training

Compensation & Benefits
• Manage the monthly payroll process including liaison with outsourced payroll provider and finance department to ensure payroll is completed timely and accurately each month
• Be the first point of contact with employees on disciplinary and grievance policies and procedures

Administration
• General HR Administration

Internal Communications
• Support in the employer of choice
• Liaise with individuals within the group to write content for the daily line ups
