I am recruiting for a HR Advisor that will support the HR Business Partner in all aspects of the HR function. As a HR Advisor you will be a main contact to provide a full range of HR advice, guidance and support to the senior management teams and employees across the organisation.

Main key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver on HR in line with business need
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Schedule meetings, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
- Issue letters to employees for any types of employment changes
- Perform induction for new starters
- Process new starters and leavers paperwork
- Arrange on-boarding conversations with employees and take follow-up actions based on feedback received
- Manage and administer employees’ records in the HR Information System (HiBob)
- Set up employee engagement surveys and analyse employees’ answers
- Raise purchase orders/purchase authorisations to cover departmental expenses
- Review and update HR policies in compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Report on key HR metrics and produce monthly HR KPI report for Leadership Team
- Prepare reports of data results from a variety of sources including industry trends, competitor analysis, company statistics
- Gather benchmark data about jobs, compensation and benefits
- Work on ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives, often joining other groups in the business
- Identify gaps/opportunities and deliver solutions to standardise, automate and simplify HR processes which support the employee life cycle
- Support the wider HR team with operational tasks and responsibilities
- Mentor more junior staff members
EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE
- Previous experience in a HR role
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS
EDUCATION & TRAINING
- Degree level educated, or equivalent experience
- A recognised HR qualification – CIPD preferred
