Salary£28000 - £32000 per annum
We are delighted to be supporting our client, a very high profile public organisation located on the South side of the City of Norwich. It is a 12 month fixed term contract offering security, and a hugely varied role. They operate in a fast-paced environment with a people culture, and a HR team driven by providing outstanding advice and service to their stakeholders. As well as an excellent culture, they offer flexible working around core hours promoting work life balance and wellbeing.

The purpose of the role is to provide high quality HR advice, guidance and support to managers through the development, maintenance and consistent implementation and application of HR policies and procedures.

This is very much a generalist role, with a significant focus working with managers providing advice for case work and supporting the resolution of people issues. In addition to the day-to-day HR support, you will be involved in a variety of restructuring and change projects.

We are looking for part qualified, or ideally qualified CIPD HR professionals with a strong understanding of policy, legislation, case law, and a track-record resolving people related issues. You must have a generalist skill set, and outstanding communication skills. You will be a problem solver, organised, and have a passion for systems and reporting.
