HR Advisor - 12 month FTCJob not available
The purpose of the role is to provide high quality HR advice, guidance and support to managers through the development, maintenance and consistent implementation and application of HR policies and procedures.
This is very much a generalist role, with a significant focus working with managers providing advice for case work and supporting the resolution of people issues. In addition to the day-to-day HR support, you will be involved in a variety of restructuring and change projects.
We are looking for part qualified, or ideally qualified CIPD HR professionals with a strong understanding of policy, legislation, case law, and a track-record resolving people related issues. You must have a generalist skill set, and outstanding communication skills. You will be a problem solver, organised, and have a passion for systems and reporting.
