Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will be focused across a full generalist remit, with key responsibilities being:.
·Supporting and coaching managers in understanding HR policies and practices and ensuring managers understand the importance of compliance.
·Providing specialist advice to managers who are leading the resolutions of an employee or industrial relations issue and influencing the management approach.
·Identifying, advising and guiding managers through discipline, grievance, absence management and performance management.
·Supporting managers across the recruitment and onboarding process
If you are CIPD Level 5 qualified with previous HR generalist experience this may be the opportunity to develop your HR career.
You will be a strong team player but also be able to work under your own initiative, with good attention to detail, a result driven attitude, the ability to evaluate situations, and good analytical skills.
