Are you an aspiring HR Advisor with a genuine passion for wanting to achieve ambitious goals? I have an excellent opportunity to work as an HR Advisor to join a well-respected business partnering team. The successful candidate will already have generalist HR and administration experience along with a high standard of communication and time management skills, all key to success in this busy and rewarding role.

Job Responsibilities
• Working collaboratively and proactively with line mangers and their teams you will provide first line advice on issues such a contract variations, flexible working ad maternity and paternity leave and also manage associated administration
• Contributing to the development of policy and processes and working with HR Systems to interpret and produce date and metrics
• Work on group wide initiative's, networks and projects
• Covering on boarding, performance management and employee relations and recruitment

Skills required
• Hold or be working towards CIPD Level 5 qualification ( which can be supported by the company)
• Experience working in HR Administration and/or have experience of working in a generalist HR capacity
• Be computer literate with knowledge of HR information systems
• Be confident in working with on line systems in the production and reporting of data and metrics
• Experience of working in an international business would be an advantage but not essential;
