I am recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a friendly team of HR professionals for my client based in Watton. This is a full time, permanent position and an immediate start is available.
- Administrate the recruitment process including advertising vacancies, screening applications and arranging interviews.
- Preparing documentation and new starter documentation
- Conducting inductions and preparing employee information for payroll
- Provide administrative assistance to the Directors
- Maintain Health and Safety records
- Arrange training and maintain training records.
- Any other administrative tasks that may be required to support the team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is potentially looking to develop their HR career as study support towards the CIPD qualification can be supported.
