My client is looking for someone that is confident in their HR skills and is ready to get stuck in to supporting the HR team as they implement new systems throughout the organisation.
The main responsibilities will be to support with:
- New starters
- General administration
- Reporting and meeting minutes
- Assisting with payroll
Experience working within an HR team is essential as the successful candidate will have to be able to throw themselves into the job. They will be confident in their skills and able to work to deadlines in order to complete tasks efficiently. Attention to detail is key and you must also be able to work confidentially.
